  • Fish sliced 8 pieces

  • Saag palli ( channa saag) 1kg

  • Palak half kg

  • Methi adha pao

  • Soya 1 bunch

  • Hara dhanya adha bunch

  • Hari mirch 6

  • Lahsan paste 1 tbsp

  • pyaz 1 chopped

  • Tamater 2 chopped

  • Dahi 4 tbsp

  • Kutti lal mirch 1 tsp

  • Pissi lal mirch 1 tsp

  • Haldi half tsp

  • Namak half tsp

  • Oil half cup

Palli saag( channa saag) palak, methi, soya, mila k 1 glass pani k sath boil karen,pani dry hojaye to phir pees lain,
Ab oil garam karen, pyaz pink karen, lahsan dalen bhoon k tamater dalen bhoon lain, phir lal mirch, kutti lal mirch, haldi, namak dalen, dahi dalen masala bhoon lain, oil uper ajaye to fish dalen 5 min k lia phir palat dain,Aaram se k fish toot na jaye, or masaley main fish ka taste ajaye, ab fish nikal k plate pe rakhen

Ab us masaley main boil saag dalen, or khoob bhoon lain or half cup pani dal k dhak dain 10 min k lia pani dry kar k saag bhoon lain,
Ab fish ko saag k uper phela k rakh dain or dhak k 10 min k lia halki aanch pe dam laga dain,
Ab pahley fish aram se nikal lain, saag plater main nikal k uper fish rakhen or hari mirch chopped dal k garnish karen.
Mazedaar fish saag palli tayar hai.
